Pleas challenging Article 35A listed for hearing from Feb 26-28

The pleas challenging constitutional validity of Article 35 A of the constitution of India have been listed to be heard from Feb 26-28.

Article 35A defines the residents of the state and provides them special rights.

J&K Government has told earlier that it will be pleading for adjournment till elected government takes over the state of state, which is under presidents rule.
