Internet suspended in south Kashmir parts,after two millitants killed in an encounter at Awantipora

Internet service was snapped in the twin districts of Pulwama and Shopian on Friday ,following killing of two Hizb millitants in Braw Bandina area of Awantipora in Pulwama district of south Kashmir. Earlier, two militants were killed during an ongoing gunfight between the militants and security forces in Braw Bandina area of Awantipora in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday morning.

As a “precautionary measure” to avoid any disturbances n the area the authorities soon suspended the internet services in some parts of south Kashmir.
