Budgam Police seized 04 tippers loaded with illegally extracted clay ;04 drivers arrested

Budgam, 16th June 2023: Police Station Beerwah during Naka checking/patrolling at village Charangam, intercepted 04 tippers bearing registration No’s JK01M-4612, JK14B-3983, JK04A-8941 and JK04B-218 loaded with illegally excavated/extracted Sand and Soil. The tippers were seized on spot and drivers arrested who were subsequently identified as:- 01. Suhail Abbas Rather S/O Gh Mohd Rather 02. Yawar Abbas Rather S/O Gh Mohd Rather residents of Paller Budgam 03. Shabir Ahmad Rather S/O Ali Mohd Mir R/O Larkipora Budgam 04. Asif Ahmad Bhat S/O Gh Mohd Bhat R/O Budina Budgam .

Case FIR number 73/2023 under relevant sections of law stands registered at Police Station Beerwah and investigation taken up.
