Ten policemen injured in Baramulla road accident

At least ten policemen were injured in a road accident in Rafiabad area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday.

Reports said that a police vehicle was on way to Srinagar from Dangiwacha when it met with an accident near Trekpora area of Rafiabad in the district.

According to reports all the policemen have been shifted to the district hospital in Baramulla for treatment.

A local new gathering news agency identified the injured policemen as Constable Bhopal, Constable Ravi Kumar, Constable Anil Kumar, Constable Mohamed Shafi, Constable Vishal Kumar, Constable Asif Yousuf, Constable Syed Tanveer, Constable Mehraj ul Din and Constable Tariq Ahmed.

The injured policemen are said to be stable.
