Security forces launch CASO in Kulgam, Internet snapped

Security forces on Thursday launched a cordon and search operation at a village in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

A police official said that the operation was launched in Batpora – Souch village of Kulgam.

He said the CASO was launched following inputs about the presence of militants in the area.

The official said the Internet was snapped in the area soon after the search operation was launched.
