Ramky organises road safety event in Awantipora

Awantipora: Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. organised a road safety event in Awantipora area of South Kashmir on Friday, with the aim to reduce the casualty rate on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway road network.

An official has said that as many as 40 youth have participated in the event, who were apprised about the need and importance of road safety.

He said that a road race was also held, in which first three winners were given prizes.

Renowned artist, Altaf Noorpori was the chief guest, while SDPO Awantipora, Ajaz Choudhary (KPS) was the guest of honor.

Besides that, Station House Officer (SHO), Awantipora, GM Rather also participated in the event.

On that occasion, the guests urged all road users to take greater care so as to help reduce road casualties.
