Raman Bhalla appointed as JKPCC working president

Srinagar, Dec 16 : The Congress president, Sonia Gandhi on Thursday approved the appointment of former minister and senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla as the working president of Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC)

As per an order, issued by All India Congress Committee general secretary K C Venugopal, a copy of which lies with Kashmir News Service stated that Congress president has approved the proposal of the appointment of Raman Bhalla as working president of JKPCC with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, sources said that Bhalla is said to be the close aide of incumbent JKPCC president Ghulam Ahmad Mir.
