Poor service of Jio broadband irks subscribers in Humhama

Srinagar, Dec 18 : Jio Broadband subscribers have accused the service provider of giving very poor service to them for the last 15 days in Humhama and its adjoining areas.

Subscribers alleged that the broadband service is so poor that it takes hours to open any web page, thereby putting them into a lot of inconvenience.

They said that the service provider had claimed of providing high speed internet service in the area, but for the last 15 days the service is down.

They also alleged that the service provider have paid no heed to their complaints as they are unable to restore the service even after being apprised about the issue umpteenth times.

The subscribers appealed to the management of Jio to look into the issue at an earliest and help resolve their genuine grievance.
