One person killed, another injured in Uri Road accident

Baramulla: One person was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Uri town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday.

Reports said a three-wheeler met with an accident at Bagna mode in Uri today morning, leaving one person dead and two others injured.

The deceased was identified as Manzoor Ahmed Dar, a resident of Sopore.

An official said the injured were shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment. Their identity was not immediately known. Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings.
