NIA detains employee of NCB in alleged narcotics smuggling case

Jammu:  The sleuths of National Investigation Agency detained an employee of the Narcotics Control Bureau in an alleged narcotics smuggling case. Reliable sources here said that the NIA team investigating the Pulwama Terror attack, on Monday, raided one of the offices and detained an employee of NCB.“He was detained from the office and simultaneously, raid was also conducted in his house at Vijaypur,” they said.“Some incriminating documents have been seized from his residence while the investigation is in progress,” they said and added that the detained person was on deputation in the NCB.
