Militant killed in B’la encounter, searches on

A militant has been killed in a encounter that broke out between government forces and militants in saloosa area of Baramulla in northern Kashmir.

According to officials source one militant has been killed in the ongoing encounter that broke out this morning.
Earlier an official told Kashmir News Service that joint team of security forces including Army, CRPF and jammu and Kashmir Police launched cordon and search operation in the area after the inputs of presence of militants in the area.

He said as the joint team of security forces reached the suspected spot the hiding militants fired upon the forces which was retaliated trigging the encounter in the area.

Earlier this week three militants including top commander were killed in Kreeri area of Baramulla after they attacked the joint naka of security forces
