Man dies, another injured in road accident in south Kashmir’s Qazigund

Srinagar, Sep 06: One person died while another was injured after the vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident in Qazigund area of Kulgam district.

Reports said that accident occurred in the Chaimulla area of Qazigund, when a Tata mobile vehicle collided with a truck, resulting injuries to two persons.
Both persons rushed to Qazigund hospital, however one among them died on arrival, while as another one has been shifted to GMC Anantnag for advanced treatment.

The deceased has been identified as Hemraj, son of Mukhtar Singh, while the injured is Rajendra Singh, son of Noori Khan, both residents of Patlauni, Mathura.
Police has taken cognizance of the matter and taken up investigation.
