Major Police Reshuffle in Jammu & Kashmir: 82 IPS and JKPS Officers Transferred

Srinagar, April 2: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday ordered a large-scale bureaucratic reshuffle in the police department, transferring and posting 82 officers from the IPS and JKPS cadres with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the Home Department, several senior officers have been reassigned to key positions:
Tejinder Singh, earlier DIG Rajouri-Poonch Range, has been appointed IGP CID.
Sarah Rizvi, DIG Udhampur-Reasi, moves as IGP Crime.
Shahid Mehraj Rather takes charge as Director, Police Telecommunication.
Among DIG-level changes:
Shridhar Patil Daulu is now DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua.
Haseeb-Ur-Rehman becomes DIG Traffic Kashmir.
Nisha Nathyal is posted as DIG IR Jammu, while Vinod Kumar takes over DIG North Kashmir Range.
Maqsood-ul-Zaman will head DIG Armed Kashmir, and Shiv Kumar Sharma moves to DIG Udhampur-Reasi.

Amod Nagpure Ashok posted to Anantnag, swapping with Amritpal Singh.
Anuj Kumar becomes SSP Samba, Sudhanshu Dhama SSP Ganderbal.
Bisma Qazi (SSP Tech CID HQ), Deepika (SSP CTFD CID HQ).
Sukant Shalija Ballabh takes charge as SSP Security Jammu.
Kamal Pal Singh Malhotra appointed SSP Finger Print Bureau.
Promotions include Kartik Shrotriya (SSP Doda), Mukund Tibrewal (SSP Reasi), and Hariprasad K.K. (SSP Budgam).
