Kashmir World Film Festival – Day 5 Highlights & Day 6 Schedule

Srinagar, November 5 : The fifth day of the ongoing Kashmir World Film Festival (KWFF) witnessed an engaging session with veteran actor Rajit Kapur, who conducted a masterclass on the comparative study of Acting for Theatre and Films at Tagore Hall, Srinagar. His insightful session drew enthusiastic participation from students, filmmakers, and cinema enthusiasts, offering a deep dive into the nuances of performance across mediums.

As part of the day’s lineup, eight films from different regions of India and abroad were screened, showcasing a wide spectrum of storytelling styles and cinematic expressions. One of the highlights was the screening of “A Night, After All” featuring Rajit Kapur, which was warmly received by the audience. The acclaimed actor was also felicitated on the occasion in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Indian cinema and theatre.

Day 6 (November 6, 2025) Schedule:
The sixth day of the festival promises another enriching experience for film lovers. At 10:00 a.m., renowned actor Lalit Parimoo will conduct a masterclass, sharing his expertise and experiences from the world of cinema and television.

From 12:00 noon onwards, 11 films in various languages and categories will be screened, continuing the festival’s tradition of celebrating cultural diversity and cinematic excellence.
