ITBP trooper on poll duty in Hajin suffers cardiac stroke
An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) trooper who was on election duty in north Kashmir’s Hajin area of Bandipora, suffered a massive cardiac stroke after which he was evacuated to a nearby hospital.
According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), an ITBP trooper who was identified as Ajay of 18 Bravo company suffered massive cardiac stroke while he was on election duty in the Hajin area.
Eyewitnesses told KNS that the trooper fell unconscious on the ground after which he was evacuated to a nearby medical center for treatment.
As per an official, the condition of the trooper was said to be stable.
