Father Killed, Son Injured as Speeding Oil Tanker Hits Scooter in Pampore
Srinagar, September 11: In a tragic accident at Drangbal, Pampore, a father lost his life while his son sustained injuries when a speeding oil tanker collided with the scooter they were riding.
According to officials, the incident occurred on Wednesday when Abdul Rahim Mir and his son Nazir Ahmed Mir, residents of Frestbal, Pampore, were struck by the tanker near Drangbal. Abdul Rahim died instantly, while Nazir was injured and rushed to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the accident, and further details are awaited.
