DIG Armed Kashmir Grants In-Situ Promotions to 98 Police Personnel

Shri. Maqsood-Ul-Zaman, IPS DIG Armed Kashmir, has granted insitu promotions to 98 police personnel belonging to different ranks of Armed Range Kashmir in recognition of their dedicated service and commitment. The promotion process was conducted under the chairmanship of Shri Maqsood-Ul-Zaman, IPS. The cases of eligible officials were examined in accordance with prescribed rules, regulations and eligibility criteria. Following due consideration, 98 officials (HC=67 & SgCt=31) were found fit and granted in-situ promotion to their respective higher grades. The initiative reflects the commitment of Armed Range Kashmir to career progression, professional recognition and motivation of police personnel who have rendered dedicated and sustained service. Congratulating the promoted officials and their families, Shri. Maqsood-Ul-Zaman, appreciated their hard work, discipline, professionalism and commitment to duty.
