Boy leaps into Jhelum at Budshah Bridge, rescue Op launched

Srinagar, Apr 22 : An unknown boy jumped into river Jhelum near Budshah Bridge in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar on Wednesday late evening, officials said.

An official told that an unidentified boy jumped into the river Jhelum from Budshah Bridge near Lal Chowk this evening.

He said police, SDRF and River Police teams rushed to the spot and launched a rescue operation. Investigations taken up.(KNO)
