Army organises National Youth Day in Tral

Pulwama: Indian Army organised and celebrated National Youth Day with great enthusiasm and fanfare at Indoor Stadium in Tral Sub District of Pulwama on Friday.

On the occasion, scores of local youth gathered to enjoy the day with the Indian Army’s 42 RR. The participating youth had a lot of fun, as several games were also catered to enhance the excitement.

As per Army, the youth participated with full vigour in Carrom, Football & Badminton games, following which they were given prize.

Notably, India is celebrating the National Youth Day today, “in honour of Swami Vivekananda, whose birth anniversary falls on January 12.”
