Back to village programme held at ward -6, Hagoona, Panchayat Chagsoo

The Sarpanch Panchyat Chagsoo, Sh. Lakhmi Chand & Panch ward No. 6 (Hagoona) Sh. Puran Chand in one day’s Back to village program  at ward No. 6 (Hagoona) Panchyat CHAGSOO, Block Chirrala,District Doda have raised the issue of acute shortage of  drinking water in the Panchyat in general & ward No.6 ,Hagoona in particular. Many other issues were also discussed about the development of the Panchyat but specific issues which were projected during the B2V meeting at ward No. 6 Hagoona, include acute shortage of drinking water in Hagoona village, Shortage of Electricity & the construction of roads, etc. Behari Lal Bhagat, Ex. Member, Ward No. 6 & an active member of Thathri Development Front, District Doda  has expressed great wonder & surprise that District level or Tehsil level officers of various departments like Agriculture, Horticulture, Irrigation, Rural Development etc never give awakening to the Farmers of the Panchayat Chagsoo about various Welfare schemes. He drew the attention of DC Doda to look into the matter seriously and take cognizance of the slackness of the erring officers.
