SKUAST-K organises one-day entrepreneurship awareness program in Dadsara Tral

Pulwama: With the support of the Ministry of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises, Government of India, Division of Vegetable Science SKUAST Kashmir organised a one-day awareness program in Dadsara area of Tral, in which apart from the officials of the SKUAST, officers of the Department of Agriculture and a good number of school children participated.

The aim of the program was to provide necessary information and knowledge about agricultural entreprunership to the students so that these students can become self-sufficient in terms of earning employment for themselves through the agriculture activities.

During the program, some experts from SKUAST provided the necessary information about agro-entrepreneurship to the students and said that how these students can earn employment by doing agro-entrepreneurship as part of their studies.

The experts said that If these students are already aware about entrepreneurship, then they can become big entrepreneurs tomorrow and create employment resources not only for themselves but also for other people.

Users have been strictly instructed not to share login details, one-time passwords (OTPs) or any authentication-related information with any unauthorized person under any circumstances. Officials have also been directed to ensure that their registered mobile numbers linked with Sandes remain active, valid and accessible for receiving authentication messages. Any discrepancy, authentication failure or technical issue is required to be reported immediately through the official email IDs issued by the department. The circular further stated that the respective Maker/Checker users will be held solely accountable for any transaction or activity carried out using their credentials.The order has been issued with the approval of the competent authority under reference number FD-BDGTODBT/1/2025-PMU-FD (7651222), and copies have been forwarded to all Administrative Secretaries for information and necessary compliance.
