Youth services & sports zone Tral organise cleanliness drive

Pulwama, 7 Oct: Under the banner of ‘Clean India’ youth services and sports education zone Tral on Thursday organised a ‘cleanliness drive’ with the motive to keep the surroundings clean.

On that occasion, a rally was also taken out by the employees of Education department (Physical Education), RDD, health and NYCs, who were holding banners, ‘to make people aware about the importance of cleanliness’

An official, Shahid Kashoo has said that, “on the directions of District Officer, Youth services and sports, Noor Ul Haq, Education Zone in Tral conducted a cleanliness drive today.

He said that the drive was earlier started by Principal Secretary, Education department, on October 1, which continued in all the education zones of Pulwama since then, with an awareness rally taken out in Tral zone today.

While giving the message to people, the official said that “everyone should ensure cleanliness to keep the environment clean.”

“The importance of cleanliness needs to be understood by everyone, and all should live a hygienic life,” he added.
