‘Will come up with proposal to deal with dumping problems’ ,Srinagar Mayor assures people of Achen

Srinagar Mayor ,Junaid Azim Matto on Sunday assured people of Achen area of Eidgah that a proposal is being made to deal with the dumping problems of Achen area. Matoo was speaking at a medical camp organised by G.R Beigh Memorial Trust in collaboration with JK Welfare Society . While talking to the locals  Mattoo addressed their various problems and said  that a proposal is being made to deal with the dumping problems besides  a hi-tech machinery and a treatment plant is already on cards.

The occasion was graced by several other dignitaries which included J&K Apni party youth wing co-ordinator Mr. Imtiyaz Ahmad Rather. The chairman of JK Welfare Society, Sheikh Majid said, ‘there is a need to conduct more such camps in and around srinagar city . A team of 7 doctors from SKIMS gave free consultation  and distributed  free medicine  among 600 patients.

The organisers of the medical camp expressed their deep gratitude towards  Director SKIMS , Prof A. G Ahangar , Dr G.H Yattoo (HOD Hospital Administration ) , Dr. Shahnawaz (Asst.Prof. Hospital administration) and Dr. Mehmooda (HOD Gynaecology) and Chief Pharmacist SKIMS Ms Rehana Parveen  for their  generous support .
