Two Officers Transferred in Administrative Reshuffle

Srinagar, May 17: In a minor administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of two officers with immediate effect.

According to Government Order No. 590-JK(GAD) of 2025, issued by the General Administration Department (Services)—a copy of which lies with Arising State—Mr. Dawanjeet Singh, serving as Additional Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, has been transferred and posted as Administrative Officer in the Development Corporation Limited.

Meanwhile, Mr. Rajinder Kumar, who was serving as Under Secretary to the Government in the Power Department and posted in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been appointed as Additional Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.

The order has been issued in the interest of administration and takes immediate effect.
