Thief gang busted , seven notorious thieves arrested

Jammu: Several complaints were lodged in Police station R S Pura regarding theft of electricity wires and other logistic material used in laying the electricity poles in different areas of Jammu, by some unknown thieves.Subsequently a case FIR No. 131/2021 under section 379 IPC was lodged at Police station R S Pura and investigation was started.On this a special police teams of PS R S Pura under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan were constituted. The team led by SHO P/S R S Pura Inspr. Jai Pal Sharma did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area and other technical aid finally rounded up seven suspects namely Bojh Raj S/O Suraj Pal R/O Shanal Teshil Atroli Distt Aligarh A/P Sehora Gangyal Jammu , Sonu Kumar S/O Raj Veer R/O Shanal Teshil Atroli Distt Aligarh, Harvinder Singh S/O Ganeshi Lal R/O 135/Bajhera Baland Slehr UP, Deepak Kumar S/O Dinesh Singh R/O Shanal Teshil Atroli Distt Aligarh, Mukesh Kumar S/O  Sardari lal    R/O  Jhella Tehsil Tara Garh Pathankot Punjab Vikas Gupta S/O Romesh Pal.
