School education dept suspends two teachers for absence from duty in Kupwara

Kupwara August 5 : Two teachers were suspended today by the School Education Department after their video regarding absence during duty hours video had gone viral in Chamkote Karnah of Kupwara district.

According to an order copy that reads, ‘today on 05-08-2022, a video regarding late arrival of teacher of UPS Haridal gone viral on Social Media. Undersigned visited UPS Haridal and after inspection, it is found that two teachers failed to attend the school well in time and arrived late in the school.” It added, ” Pending Enquiry into the matter the below-mentioned officials are placed under suspension with immediate effect and the salary of the officials is kept withheld till enquiry completion.”

The suspended officials are Ghulam Mustafa, Gulistan Fatima posted in UPS Haria.
