PDP leader Waheed Para emerges winner

People’s Democratic Party leader Waheed ur Rehman Parra today won the DDC election by more than 1000 votes against his closest rival.
Waheed was recently arrested by NIA and is currently in jail.
His closest rival Sajad Ahmed Raina of BJP got 314 votes only.
