MHA promotes 16 IAS and 5 IPS Officers, including SDM Uri and ASP Baramulla
Jammu: The Ministry of Home Affairs has promoted sixteen IAS officers to the next higher grade, including Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, who is currently posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate Uri in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir.Other officers promoted by the MHA include Samyak S Jain, Ishita Rathi, Ayushi, Manjunath R, Wairokpam Punshiba Singh, Kamleshwar Rao, Tushar Anand, Srinivas Sadi, Yashwant Meena, Sovigya S Chandra, Mohd Shabir, Shivam Chandra, Mukul Beniwal, Kanika, and Raghvendra Meena.The Ministry of Home Affairs has promoted five IPS officers, including Neha Jain, who is presently posted as Additional Superintendent of Police in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir.She is the only IPS officer from her batch serving in the J&K segment to be promoted.Another promoted officer, Anurag Daru, has also served in Jammu and Kashmir earlier, having undergone part of his professional training in the Union Territory. Among other IPS officers who have been promoted are Akshat Aayush, Akanksha Milind Tamgadge, Aashish Kumar.
