Gunfight rages in Kulgam

Kulgam, Aug 05 : A gunfight broke out between security forces and militants at Redwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said on Friday.

Kashmir police zone in a tweet said that the encounter has started at Redwani area of Kulgam. “Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow,” it said.

The Gunfight have started after a joint team of Police and army launched a cordon and search operation in the area.
