DGP J&K, visits Police Component Sopore

Sopore, 04 May 2021: Worthy Director General of Police J&K, Shri Dilbagh Singh-IPS today visited Police Component Sopore, he was accompanied by IGP Kashmir Zone Shri. Vijay Kumar-IPS and DIG NKR Baramulla Shri. Sujit Kumar-IPS.

Worthy DGP visited Police Component Sopore to review security scenario of Police District Sopore. He was presented guard of honour by police component Sopore. SP Sopore Shri Sudhanshu Verma-IPS and other senior police officers were present on the occasion.

While interacting with the jawans, DGP complimented all the jawans for exemplary performance for dealing different situations in the police district especially law and order and terrorism. He appreciated the role of police and other security forces to deal tactfully with COVID-19.
