Absconder absconding since 10 years arrested  

Jammu: A complaint has been registered in city Court Jammu against a person namely Prem Chand s/o Karam Chand r/o Gajansoo Jammu under 138 N.I  Act on 14/9/2010 since then court issued a number of summons against the above-mentioned person for appearance in court but they didn’t appear. On 27/1/2020 said the court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant u/s 512 crpc . Today at specific information BPP Gajansoo along with in-charge BPP Gajansoo SI Lalit Sharma raided their native place and arrested the above-mentioned person which has been absconding/evading his arrest for the last ten years. His arrest has been made under the Guidance of SHO Kanachak Insp. Vishwa Pratab Singh.
