Tragic Demise of Class 10th Student Following Militant Attack in Anantnag

Anantnag : In a heart-wrenching incident, a class 10th student who had sustained critical injuries in a militant attack in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday evening, tragically succumbed to his injuries on the following evening.

Official sources confirmed that the young student, who had been wounded in the Watrigam area of Anantnag, breathed his last at a medical institution in Srinagar this evening, where he had been receiving medical care after the attack.

The sorrowful news was also corroborated by sources at SKIMS Soura in Srinagar, who confirmed the unfortunate demise of the injured youth. Despite valiant efforts to save his life during his night-long hospitalization, he could not overcome the severity of his injuries.

The young student identified as Sahil Bashir Dar, was a resident of Watrigam in Anantnag.
