54 Government schools in Anantnag district shine in class 10th results

Anantnag: At least 54 government schools in Anantnag district shines in class 10th results this year and got 100 percent result first time here in south kashmir’s Anantnag district.

The class 10th annual result was declared on Monday by BOSE in Jammu and kashmir however the girls have once again outshine boys in Jammu and kashmir with a pass percentage of 81.68 compared to boys 78.23 percent.

According to official sources The Government schools in Anantnag have got 83 percent this year in which 44 high schools and 10 Higher Secondary schools got 100 percent results for first time in Anantnag district. among these government schools several students got 1st position.

Official sources said that the last year three government high schools Wantrag, kandiwara and poru kokernag in Anantnag district got zero percent result however this year all the three government schools have also shines in class 10th results and got 100 percent result.

Meanwhile ,the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (BOSE) announced the results of the annual regular examinations for the 10th standard on Monday. The overall pass percentage stood at over 79 percent, with a total of 118,791 students successfully qualifying out of 148,701 enrolled. However, 29,789 students did not meet the passing criteria.

Girls continued to outshine boys in terms of performance. Among the enrolled students, there were 77,422 boys, with a pass percentage of 78.23%. On the other hand, 71,279 girls achieved an impressive pass percentage of 81.68%.

They have put in tireless efforts to ensure that every student receives quality education,” told  an official to Arising state.
