5 members of family injured in gas cylinder blast in Soura

Five members of a family were injured after a cooking gas cylinder reportedly exploded in Soura area of Srinagar on Monday. Reports said blast took place inside a residential house of Farooq Ahmad Mir at Anchar, Soura .Reportedly five members of the  family were injured who were later shifted to SKIMS Soura hospital. The condition of all the injured is said to be stable, the reports said. “A police party has been rushed to the spot and the nature of the blast is being ascertained,” a police officer said. The officer, however, confirmed the injuries in the incident. Officials said that the nature of the blast has not been confirmed yet.
