Militant hideout busted in Pulwama: Police

Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday claimed to have busted a militant hideout in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

“Acting on credible inputs, Pulwama police along with security forces today busted a militant hideout in Manduna village in Koil, Pulwama,” a police spokesman said in a statement.

He said that that the joint raid was carried out by the police and army’s 55 Rashtriya Rifles.

He said that a huge quantity of incriminating materials and other items were recovered from the hideout and the matter has been taken up for investigation.
