SSP Budgam receives Gold and silver International Wushu Champions Ansa and Ayeera

Budgam,11th August: SSP Budgam Shri Tahir Saleem Khan-JKPS accorded a warm reception to Ms Ansa Hassan Chishti & Ms Ayeera Hassan Chishti at Srinagar Airport.The duo today returned from Georgia after competing in an International Washu Championship.The championship was held between Aug 02 to 07, at Batumi city of Georgia. While Ayeera won gold, Ansa finished with Silver in 56KG weight category. Bouquets were presented by SSP Budgam to both on their arrival.

SSP Budgam while intecracting with them said the by bagging medals on an international platform, they have made people of the country & Jammu and Kashmir proud. He further added that the duo is role model for many young budding talented youth of J&K and wished them good luck for all their future endeavours.

Ayeera & Ansa hail from Srinagar and have brought laurels to J&K in past as well by winning different tournaments.
