IRP in Lethpora starts refresher course for earmarked personnel for SANJAY 2022

Awantipora, 24 May: As per directions of ADGP Armed/IRP J&K, 15 days Special Refresher Course for sensitising the earmarked personnel for SANJY 2022 at Bn. Hqrs. in Lethpora started on Tuesday.

The course has been started under course coordinator SP Hira Lal Adjutant and under overall supervision of Shri Atul Sharma, JKPS SSP CO IRP 23rd Bn.

A press release reads, “Alongwith daily PT/Parade, proper course has been designed to impart training related to frisking, man and Crowd Management following Covid protocols Ensure security of yatries and provide all due help to the yatries and also protect themselves and their weapons and also make their presence felt by being proactive in performing duties assigned and occupying conspicuous place, where visibilty is more, wearing proper uniform and other covid items, besides desist from using mobile while on duty so that due credit is given to Armed Police and their is proper visibility of J&K Police in comparison with other sister agencies.”
