NCDC condoles demise of veteran Congress leader K Sankaranarayanan
The National Child Development Council (NCDC) on Monday condoled the demise of veteran Congress leader K Sankaranarayanan, who died at his residence in Kerala on Sunday.
He was 89, and had served as governor of various states, including Maharastra, Nagaland & Jharkhand, during his career.
Sankaranarayanan was reportedly under treatment for various ailments for more than a year.
Following his death, a condolence meeting was held by NCDC members, which was attended by Baba Alexander, NCDC Master Trainer, Thomas K L, ICET Director, Sudha Menon, Evaluator, Risvan M, Regional Office Administrator, Arathi I S, Evaluation Coordinator, Bindu Saraswathi, Evaluator & Dr Sruthi Ganesh, Program Coordinator.
