One killed, 7 injured in Pattan road accident

Pattan, Apr 2: One person were killed while seven others were injured in a road accident in Rengi area or Pattan in Baramulla district on Monday evening.

An official said that a speedy tipper collided with a bus near Rengi area, resulting in on spot death to a person and injuries to seven others.

He said that all the injured persons have been evacuated to Pattan trauma hospital, where few among them have been referred to Srinagar for specialised treatment.

The official said that police have rushed to spot and they were ascertaining further details.
