Lalchowk shuts,traders protest against Jammu violence
A shutdown was observed on Saturday by traders in Lalchowk and adjoining areas as a mark of protest against the attacks on Kashmiris in Jammu and outside state.According to the sources shopkeepers shut their shops at around 3 pm following a call given by traders body of the valley.A protest march was also taken out to condemn the inconsequential attacks on Kashmiris in Jammu and other parts of the country.The protestors were demanding the safety of Kashmiri traders and students which are being harassed without rhyme or reason.
