NHMEA calls on MD NHM regarding salary enhancement orders

Srinagar, July 30: A delegation of Joint Coordination of NHM RNTCP Employees Association Wenesday called upon worthy Mission Director NHM Jenab Choudhary Yasin Sb at Srinagar in connection with salary enhancement issue.

The delegation was informed that the salary hike proposal has been approved by the SHS/Administrative department for implementation.

The Association thanked the worthy Mission Director for his efforts in this regard and expressed hope that orders for the same shall be issued without delay. It was pleaded that no favouritism or pick-and-choose approach is adopted in according hike to different categories of employees as it will further leads to resentment, objections, disent and sense of victimization among those left out.

The worthy Mission Director assured the delegation that the orders shall be issued shortly and that the slabs have been fixed. He also categorically assured that no over and above hikes shall be given to any category of employees beyond the pre-decided slabs.

It is pertinent to mention that the association under leadership of Muneer Andrabi was following and monitoring the proceeding of the case file continously and yesterday the file got requisite approval.

The delegation thanked the worthy MD for his efforts and hoped that the process culminates gracefully.
