Major attack averted, 10 Kg IEG recovered in J&K’s Pulwama: Police
Srinagar, May 15 : Jammu and Kashmir police Saturday said that it has averted a major attack after recovering a 10 kg IED in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
A police official told a local news agency that inputs were received that JeM was planning to carry out IED attacks which shall be spectacular. “On the basis of which few suspects were questioned and on their admission an IED weighing 10Kgs has been recovered, thus a major attack has been averted,” the police official said.
He said that the 10 KG IED was recovered at South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. (KNO)
