Section 144 imposed in Srinagar municipal limits: DC Srinagar

Deputy Commissioner Srinagar on Tuesday evening announced the imposition of section 144 within the municipal limits of Srinagar city.
Taking to microblogging social networking site Twitter Deputy
Commissioner Aijaz Asad wrote ” due to rising positive cases in
District Srinagar, Section 144 CrPc is imposed within the municipal limits of the district to contain further spread of the infection; Assembly of five or more persons is banned with immediate effect”.
