Protest held against Assistant labour commissioner Anantnag over absence from duty

Anantnag: A protest was carried out by several applicants who visited Assistant labor commissioner office Anantnag on Thursday against the Assistant labor commissioner Anantnag ,over absence from duty in office here in South kashmir’s area of Anantnag District.

Applicants alleged that the official is  absent from duty from last several days and is not performing his duty ,”we are suffering a lot as people are unable to get their work done in labour office Anantnag”,complained protesting applicants.

The protestors have sought the attention of higher authorities over the issue and requested higher authorities to look into the matter.

When contacted the Assistant labor commissioner Anantnag Dr Nida said ,” she is busy in meeting with labour commissioner and dropped the call.”
